Explanation

The K Series uses standard melt pressure principles and construction; The strain sensing technology is dependent on the foil strain gauge. A near incompressible sodium-potassium (NaK) mixture is used for pressure transmission. NaK is an FDA-approved safe (GRAS) substance.

The hydraulic transmission system for the pressure signal guarantees stability at operating temperature (NaK). Fluid conforming to the RoHS Directive. NaK is defined as a safe substance (GRAS).
